Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled through our website.

Return Policy

Returns and exchanges are available only for select products. Please refer to the respective product page for detailed return eligibility and conditions. Unless otherwise specified, the standard return window is 3 days from the date of delivery.

Please note that our return policy may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

If our pickup service is not available in your location, you will be required to self-ship the product to our office address.

Return or exchange charges may apply depending on the nature of the request.

Return Guidelines

• Products must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
• Items must be returned with their original packaging and tags intact. Products without original tags will not be accepted.
• Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Return or exchange requests submitted after the applicable return period mentioned on the product page will not be accepted.
